Online Account Manager

Offerpal Media is a Web 2.0 online advertising start-up that provides an innovative online consumer acquisition service, on a pay-for-performance basis. We enable online merchants and advertisers to grow revenues, acquire quality customers and maximize brand reach through blogs, websites and social networks. Located in Fremont, CA, we are a fast growing startup company founded by successful serial entrepreneurs and funded by top-tier VCs.

We are looking for affiliate account managers with online advertising and sales experience to call on publishers within the leading social networks. Ideal candidates should have strong selling skills, ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, a winning customer service attitude and the ability to understand, analyze and articulate leading online advertising and affiliate performance metrics, such CPM, CPA.

Additional skills of interest include superb organization skills, proactiveness and strong follow-through to close and maintain publisher relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Marketing
• Sales
• Advertising

The candidate should also have a winning track record of 3-5 years of direct experience working in online advertising sales or affiliate marketing.
