Role and Responsibilities

We are an extremely analytical and numbers-driven company -- and have built a robust analytics infrastructure and data warehousing system. We are searching to find an exceptional Business Analyst to join the team. Broadly speaking, this Analyst will help optimize the revenue performance of our publisher network, including responsibility for

  • Driving maximum revenues and profits to our publisher and advertiser networks by creating, managing and optimizing daily reports for individual publishers
  • Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and forecasting needs to optimize publisher-advertiser offer mix and revenues
  • Defining new reports
  • Providing data and recommendations to product management, sales, and optimization R&D groups

Professional Experience and Personal Qualities

  • 5+ years experience in business analysis or similar field, ideally in the online advertising network or consumer Web space
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to excel working cross-functionally, supporting multiple groups within the company
  • We need a self-starter, someone who manages multiple projects simultaneously and drives them to completion
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • College degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, math, or engineering preferred
  • MBA a plus
