Sr. Product Manager for a hot online advertising company

OfferPal Media is a Web 2.0 online advertising start-up that provides an innovative online consumer acquisition service, on a pay-for-performance basis. We enable online publishers and advertisers to grow revenues, acquire quality consumers and maximize brand reach through social websites, applications and social networks. Located in Fremont, CA, we are a fast growing profitable startup founded by successful serial entrepreneurs and funded by top-tier VCs.

We are rapidly expanding our product offering and platform, and are looking to add an experienced product manager to our team.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Gathering, defining, and prioritizing product and feature requirements
  • Helping to shape product vision and strategy with the rest of the Product Management team
  • Ongoing analysis of key business metrics, and resulting product recommendations
  • Delivering product and feature releases on schedule
  • Identifying and managing key levers of the business to drive revenues

Job Requirements

  • 5-10+ years product management experience, ideally in the online advertising network or consumer web space
  • Must be a self-starter, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
  • Must be well organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to excel working cross-functionally, across multiple groups within the company
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in a startup is a plus.
  • Degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, math, or engineering desirable
  • MBA is a plus
